Cogeremos papel de cocina y lo empaparemos con el aceite de girasol.
Untaremos la crepera y echaremos un cucharón grande de la mezcla en la crepera pivotando esta para que la mezcla alcance toda la superficie de la sartén. - En unos segundos, cuando veamos que la mezcla ha cuajado y acompañados de una espátula de plástico le daremos la vuelta a la crepe para que se haga por la otra cara.
- Repetiremos una y otra vez el paso anterior hasta agotar toda la mezcla del recipiente.
