Hacemos lo mismo con el pepino sin poner la piel lo agregamos y lo dejo al gusto del cocinero regar la salsa con un poquito de sriracha que para quien no lo sepa es una salsa picante muy popular en Tailandia y que le va muy bien al yogur, cortamos también pepino pero esta vez con su piel para decoración de la salsa
  4. Pasamos a una salsera la salsa, echamos por encima los trocitos de pepino y acabamos con unas pequeñas hojas de menta podemos añadir cebollino picado si lo deseamos
