  7. Cuando veamos que los bordes empiezan a dorarse le damos la vuelta para que se dore por la otra cara.
  8. Una vez dorado lo pasamos a un plato. A veces la primera sale un poco fea, nos suele servir de prueba para comprobar la temperatura de la sartén. El resto irán quedando estupendas.
