Con cuidado porque se rompe fácil.
- Añadir la mezcla de berenjena y enrollar o tapar. Quedará el relleno dentro. Repetir procedimiento con el resto de masa líquida que sobró. (Es depende el sartén, yo usé uno grande.) Servir caliente o frío.
- Nota: cuando estén a punto de servir el crepé, quitarle la tapa y dejarlo unos segundos más en el fuego, para que tome consistencia.
