  6. Lo tapamos con papel film transparente y lo dejamos en la nevera
  7. Después ponemos en la nevera que se vaya descongelando
  8. Cuando esté descongelado lo ponemos en un bol con agua fría y le echamos hielo para que suelte más sangre. Si todavía le hace falta ponerse más blanco lo ponemos en un tupper con vinagre, el chorreón de limón (lo que necesite hasta ponerse más blanco)
  9. 2 horas y listo para comer
