  8. Hacemos el huevo a la plancha. Para ello en una sartén pequeña ponemos unas gotas de aceite y repartimos bien con una servilleta, añadimos el huevo y tapamos con una tapadera. Vamos vigilando y cuando esté la clara cuajada pero la yema aún esté cruda lo retiramos y hacemos el otro huevo.
