- Ponemos a calentar la olla exprés con aceite. Cortamos las cebollas en taquitos (grandes) y la echamos para que se vaya pochando. Le echamos una pizca de aceite para que sude y se caramelize un poco. Mientras pelamos los calabacines y los cortamos en daditos.



- Echamos los calabacines cortados en la olla, donde ya estará la cebolla sofrita. Y lo dejamos 4 o 5 minutos revolviendo de vez en cuando.

- Echamos agua hasta cubrir.

- Añadimos sal al gusto, pimienta y canela. Tapamos la olla exprés y la ponemos a máxima potencia. Una vez que la válvula esté arriba, la dejamos 10 o 15 minutos. Pasados los 10 o 15 min ponemos la olla debajo del grifo para eliminar la presión y poder abrirla.


- Una vez abierta, simplemente tenemos que echar la leche evaporada y batir todos los ingredientes. Si creemos que hemos echado demasiada agua, es importante sacar previamente un poco a un bote, con el objetivo de que la crema no quede demasiado líquida. Siempre tenemos la opción de ir añadiendo el caldo que hemos sacado.
