  2. En la olla exprés poner un poquito de aceite en el fondo y cuando esté caliente añadir todas las verduras y rehogar unos 5 min. Con su correspondiente sal.
  3. Antes de que las verduras cojan color se añade agua, sin cubrir del todo ya que en la olla no se evapora nada. Se cierra la olla a fuego alto y cuando empiece a salir el vapor se deja a fuego medio durante 8 minutos.
  4. Cuando la olla ha perdido todo el vapor abrimos y añadimos los quesitos. A mí me encanta el sabor que le aporta el comino, pero si no estás acostumbrado empieza poniendo solo un poquito. Triturar con la batidora y a la hora de servir en cada plato añadir por encima pimienta recién molida
