  5. En ocasiones hago las tostadas a la francesa y otras veces solo tuesto el pan. Intento que el pan siempre sea integral y con menos % de trigo posible, me decanto por la espelta o el centeno. Como pan muy poco por eso lo congelo y voy sacando rebanadas.... el jamón serrano o el pavo es una buena combinación con este desayuno! 😋 espero que os guste!😘
