  1. Lo primero de todo es preparar una sartén a fuego medio/alto pero sin pasarse, con un chorrito de aceite.
  2. Dejar que este bien caliente, casi que hasta que no empiece a salir humo de la sartén no pondremos el filete de salmón. Una vez puesto el filete de salmón lo dejamos actuar unos 15 minutos (bajando un poco el fuego).
  3. No debemos de darle más de dos vueltas, porque sino se nos destrozará.

    Le damos la vuelta con ayuda de una espumadera plana (no redonda) y hacemos lo mismo con la otra cara. si vemos que aún no esta hecho del todo. podemos darle una vuelta más a la otra cara pero ya esta!!!!
  4. Lo ponemos en un plato, espolvoreamos algo de orégano por encima y colocamos la salsa mayonesa a un lado del plato. Bon profit!!!
