- Encendemos el horno mientras preparamos el resto de ingredientes. Podemos hornear la masa previamente si queremos que nos quede crujiente, pero ten en cuenta que deberé aguantar las dos horneadas así que hazlo a temperatura no muy alta.
- Para la base, sofreímos le tomate picado para que suelte jugo (podemos mezclarlo con salsa de tomate que tengamos, pero eso añade ingredientes que tal vez no nos interesan). Extendemos sobre la masa de la pizza. También he añadido rodajas de tomate naturales. Sofreímos la cebolla y después los champiñones, a fuego suave y ligeramente, solo es para que no nos queden duros y suavizar el sabor de la cebolla. Añadimos a la masa.


- Cortamos la mozzarella en dados y esparcimos por encima de la pizza. Igual con las aceitunas y por último el queso rallado. Horneamos a 180grados vigilando que no se queme, y retiramos cuando veamos que tiene la pinta deseada. Hay a quien le gusta más crujiente o más blandita. Yo la retiro antes de que el queso empiece a dorarse.
